Chad started his Atlanta culinary career as one of the Managing Partners and the Executive Chef/General Manager of the Iberian Pig Decatur. At The Iberian Pig, he introduced Decatur and Atlanta to the world of Spanish wine and tapas and his bold flavors and creative combinations. Before coming to Atlanta, Chad worked with China Grill Management in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago, and Hillstone Restaurant Group in Scottsdale. Chad was the opening Executive Chef at Whiskey Bird and led the culinary team for the first six years. Chad has since stepped away from Whiskey Bird to pursue other opportunities. Although Chad is no longer a part of the Whiskey Bird team, his impact as a chef and co-founder live on.
