Joshua joins us after spending time working for the Castellucci Hospitality Group and Buena Vida Tapas and Sol.  Although his background is mostly Spanish Tapas he brings a fresh take to Whiskey Bird's diverse cuisine and helps us keep things fun and fresh in the kitchen.
